The operation of the induction heating is simple and doesn*t need preheating course, meanwhile it can work continuously for a long time, and start or stop at any required time via manual or  automatic or semi-automatic mode. The induction heating also has the advantages of high power utilization, environmental protection and energy saving, safety and reliability and good working environment.

You can choose to heat the part of the workpiece or whole body of the workpiece, there is less power consumption, small deformation of the workpiece and fast heating speed, so that the workpiece in a very short period of time to achieve the required temperature, the surface of the workpiece oxidation and decarburization of the heating defects to a very low degree.

The induction heating method can be used for steel, tungsten, molybdenum and other iron and steel materials, but also can be applied to the heating or heat treatment of aluminum, titanium, zirconium and niobium.

Induction heating power supply in the mid-frequency band is mainly used thyristor; supersonic frequency band is mainly used IGBT; high-frequency band is mainly developed MOSFET power supply.
