The crude steel production of the 64 countries included in the STATISTICS of World Iron and Steel Association was 143.3 million tons, down 9.9% year-on-year.

China’s crude steel production was 69.3 million tons, down 22.0% year-on-year;

India’s crude steel production was 9.8 million tons, up 2.2% year-on-year;

Japan’s crude steel production was 8.0 million tons, up 10.7% year-on-year;

the U.S. crude steel production was 7.2 million tons, up 13.8% year-on-year;

Russia’s estimated crude steel production was 6.5 million tons, up 9.4% year-on-year;

South Korea’s crude Steel production of 5.9 million tons, up 2.7%;

Germany crude steel production of 3.4 million tons, down 0.3%;

Turkey crude steel production of 3.4 million tons,up 6.1%;

Brazil crude steel production of 3.1 million tons, up 2.5%;

Iran crude steel production is estimated to be 2.7 million tons, down 5.2%.
