Advanced Production Technology & Equipment

The production line utilizes a full-line continuous rolling process to ensure high-quality output. The bar-wire combo production technology allows for a diverse range of products, quickly capturing market demand while reducing investment costs by over one-third. Rebar finishing rolling mills are equipped with automatic loops, while micro-tension rolling in roughing and intermediate mills ensures high dimensional accuracy. A complete TMT system enables online heat treatment, increasing rebar strength without additional alloying elements. The wire rod block mill unit is equipped with 6 stands of 45° top cross non-twist finishing mills, offering advantages such as light weight, low vibration, and easy operation, which improve product accuracy and ensure quality, with a maximum rolling speed of 35m/s. The wire rod production line also uses a large-volume cold-strong delayed bulk coil cooling transport line with a thermal insulation hood which can be opened or closed to conduct forced cooling sorbite body treatment or slow cooling respectively, improving wire performance uniformity by using multiple drop-off to eliminate the overlaps.

Highly Integrated Computer Control Systems

Automation is achieved through the use of a basic automation system and a process management computer control system. The control system is clear and reliable, with network connectivity via the Ethernet TCP/IP protocol enabling remote operation. The basic automation system has a comprehensive control range, starting from the feeding roller table of the heating furnace and covering the entire process, including rolling, shearing, cooling, and the collection and bundling of finished products. Additionally, hydraulic and lubrication systems fall within the system’s control scope. The process management computer system helps monitoring and managing the entire production line. Its functions include production process monitoring, sales and production planning management, product yield management, generation and printing of production reports, production interruption reporting, equipment maintenance planning, quality control data monitoring and reporting, fault protection monitoring, real-time fault alarms, as well as fault recording and print management, and etc.
