The Block Mill consists of 6, 8, or 10 mill stands, adopting a 45-degree top cross (V-shaped) non-twisted configuration. Rolling is performed at high speed using cantilever-type tungsten carbide roll collars, ensuring non-twisted rolling. This results in products with high dimensional precision and excellent surface quality. To ensure accurate high-speed delivery of the rolled material, a guide is installed at the entrance of the elliptical entry pass. The production size ranges from φ5.5 mm to φ16 mm, and the maximum design speed of the Block Mill Group is 135 m/s.
