About the Rolling Mill Project
This newly completed rebar production line in Sudan, with an annual capacity of 500,000 tons, operates smoothly, delivering high-quality rebar. Built as a turnkey project, it includes machinery and processes to transform 125*125*6000mm billets into finished products efficiently. This line enhances local production and supports the growing infrastructure demand in the region.
Main Equipment Configuration
- 120t/h reheating furnace
- 18 mill stands including rough rolling, intermediate rolling and finish rolling
NO. 1, 3, 5 mill refer to flat-roll mill, NO. 2, 4, 6 refer to H-V mill. And vertical looper is set between stands to guarantee tension-free rolling in finish rolling mill to improve the dimensional precision of production.
